I have printed dozens of posters for Destination Imagination (an educational program) and found the Matte roll paper to be a reliable and cost efficient solution for this need. The Epson Matte posterboards are more challenging in that they cannot print the last few inches so I had to flip the posterboard and print the last few inches upside down (with an empty break area) to print the entire board.

is ultrachrome pro6 inks compatible with this paper? Using the newer epson p6570e

The Epson Enhanced Matte Inkjet Paper (24" x 100' Roll), B&H # EPS450425, is compatible with the Ultrachrome ink and with the Epson SureColor P6570E.
