The Godox Magic XT1-C 2-Person Wireless Microphone System with USB-C Adapter (2.4 GHz) does allow you to adjust the volume of each microphone independently and supports stereo output. You can set Mic 1 to a lower volume and Mic 2 to a higher volume while recording in stereo, giving you flexible control over your audio mix.
