Inspired by vintage lenses from the 1950s, the aluminum Thypoch Eureka 50mm f/2 Lens features a unique, collapsible barrel for its human-eye perspective, making it a portable companion for portraits, landscapes, and documentary subjects. Its large, f/2 aperture also enhances depth of field effects like bokeh and subject-background separation. The lens takes A36 Leica over-the-lens filters for neutral density, polarization, and other light modifying effects. Collapsed, the lens measures just more than an inch, making it ideal for travel and all-day shooting.

Thypoch Eureka 50mm f/2 Aluminum Reviews
This is a honey
I just got this lens a few days back. I went right out and started shooting with it. Wide open at f/2.0 and at f/5.6 and f/8.0. The Eureka shoots well at these openings. The look is a good retro look but with more saturated colors than the old uncoated or single surface coated lenses. It is a very good lens and captures very good images. It is a favorite right away. And for the price it is nearly a no-brainer. Shop now before we have imposed tariffs raising the price of everything.
Amazingly fun to shoot with
I bought this lens 2 months ago and it takes a little getting use to. Its amazingly sharp throughout the entire f stop range and comes very close to my Voigtlander 50mm Apo. I mount it on my Sony a7cii with a Voigtlander close up M to E adapter. I would highly recommend this lens. I have to say its a lot of fun to use.
