The Precision 3280 Compact Workstation from Dell has an ultra-small form factor that delivers uncompromised performance for tight workspaces, the Edge, and Tensor Core GPUs. It is powered by a 14th Gen Intel Core i5-14500 14-Core processor and 16GB of 5600 MHz DDR5 memory. While the current memory configuration is 2 x 8GB, there are two 262-pin SO-DIMM memory slots that will allow the RAM to be upgraded to 64GB, using a 32GB module in each of the slots.
For storage of your files, a 512GB NVMe PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 SSD offers quick access to your data. For additional internal storage, there is one extra M.2 2230/2280 SSD slot. If you want to add external storage drives or other peripherals, the Precision 3280 features one 20 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 port, five 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, and two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports. Dedicated NVIDIA T4000 graphics has 4GB of GDDR6 video memory and delivers a sharp, clear picture. The Precision 3280 Compact Workstation includes a USB keyboard, a USB mouse, and a power cord. It is powered by a 280W power supply and the installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro (64-bit).
