Nanlite thought of every aspect to make the Alien 300C RGB LED Light Panel a multifaceted LED panel that checks every box for complete lighting control and high brightness. Designed to be efficiently assembled with a quick release softbox, the Alien 300C is a compact 20.2 x 17.8" RGBWW fixture that is twice as bright as the 150C version. It offers a bright throw and an extended CCT range of up to 12,000K while running on AC power, using up to two optional V-mount batteries or external 48V power sources. Its versatility doesn't stop there, as the panel's control options cover the most varied methods, including onboard or app control, 2.4 GHz wireless, DMX/RDM, and CRMX LumenRadio. In addition to the softbox that allows setup and breakdown with speed and ease, Nanlite includes a grid and two diffusers for better control. The Alien 300C's body is IP55 rated for protection against dust and water, while its conveniently separate control unit can be protected with a rain cover carefully included in the box. A padded carry case allows you to store and travel with the LED panel and all its included accessories.

RGBWW Quality Lighting
Designed to seamlessly integrate into any ambient light situation, the Alien 300C is a tunable RGBWW panel for colorful, creative effects. It has an expansive CCT range of 2700 to 12,000K and high CRI/TLCI ratings of 96/97 as indicators of accuracy in color rendering. It's also possible to alter the +/- 150 green/magenta balance for greater precision, as well as adjust light intensity from 0 to 100% in fine 0.1% increments.
Impressive Throw & Features
One of the Alien 300C's advanced functions is a full RGB mode, which gives you access to literally thousands of different color combinations for optimal choice ability. The fixture also offers 151 gels and other features, such as HSI mode and XY coordinates. When using the panel at 5600K, the Alien 300C outputs 28,630 lux at 3.3'.
15 Built-In Color Effects
Fifteen built-in effects can easily be customized and saved as presets in the NANLINK app. The effects include HUE loop, CCT loop, INT loop, flash, pulse, storm, police car, TV, paparazzi, candle/fire, disco, bad bulb, fireworks, explosion, and welding.
Full Control
Adjust settings using the onboard controls with a 3.2" screen or with the NANLINK mobile app for iOS and Android. The app provides color matching, XY color space setting functions, and more. Going further, 2.4 GHz provides control through the separately available WS-TB-1 transmitter box for more elaborate setups or with the optional WS-RC-C2 handheld remote. DMX/RDM control and CRMX LumenRadio are also supported for advanced users.
Power Anywhere
The Alien 300C can run off either on AC power or using optional V-mount batteries, so you can operate it in any location in the world, regardless of power availability.
  • The separate control unit has two V-mount battery plates for either one or two separately available 14.4-14.8 or 26-28V V-mount batteries
  • When using two optional 26V 270Wh V-mount batteries, the Alien 300C runs for approximately one hour and 20 minutes at 100% brightness
  • It can run on a single separately available 14.4-14.8V V-mount battery with a 45% maximum output or on a single 26-28V V-mount battery with a 75% maximum output
  • It requires two optional V-mount batteries to run at 100%
  • Users can even mix the V-mount batteries by using one 14.4V and one 28V at 100%
Quiet Fan Operation
The panel runs quiet thanks to its different fan-off and smart fan modes, a real asset in sound-sensitive environments.

I work in News, these are amazing and durable. There are weatherproof, but not yet put to the test. Very strongly built. The light output is very satisfactory to me. It’s going to be my everyday Live Shot Lights.

The Nanlite Alien 300C RGB LED Light Panel is new and not out yet. The information we have at this time lists the head cable as 9.8 feet, but this information can change upon release of the light.

Can I use two 14v batteries on this, and will it limit the light's capabilities?

The Nanlite Alien 300C RGB LED Light Panel comes with a dual V-mount battery plate that can accept any voltage from 14.4 V to 26 V, and yes, this combination of batteries in either 14.4 V or 26 V will allow the Nanlite Alien 300C RGB LED Light Panel to operate at full power. The watt-hours (Wh) will determine how long the light will operate at full power. For instance, 2x 99Wh, 14.4V batteries will power the Nanlite Alien 300C RGB LED Light Panel for 40 minutes, and 2x 250Wh, 14.8V batteries will power the Nanlite Alien 300C RGB LED Light Panel for 100 minutes.

Does it come with a yoke? It shows one in the photo of all the stuff you get, but all your other photos say “yoke not included”
