Professional Audio Coverage for Group Meetings
The IPEVO Quartet is a complete wireless conferencing system, featuring four IPEVO VOCAL speakerphones and one VOCAL HUB base station. Designed to deliver clear, hands-free voice capture for hybrid and in-person meetings, the Quartet supports flexible microphone placement and stable performance across medium- to large-sized rooms. With a wireless range of up to 49 feet and coverage for 8 to 16 participants, it's well suited for today's collaborative workspaces.
Four Wireless VOCAL Speakerphones
Each wireless VOCAL speakerphone operates over the 2.4 GHz band and includes a rechargeable battery offering up to 40 hours of use. Users can switch the microphone between omnidirectional and cardioid pickup patterns, depending on the room layout and meeting style:
- Use omnidirectional mode to pick up voices from all directions—ideal for roundtable discussions or small groups seated closely.
- Use cardioid (directional) mode to focus the mic’s sensitivity in one direction—ideal for noisy environments or when participants are spaced apart.
This switchable pickup capability allows for adaptable performance in dynamic meeting environments. Each speakerphone includes a physical mute button and LED indicators for power, mute status, and wireless connection. Each can also function while charging via USB-C.
VOCAL HUB Central Base Station
The VOCAL HUB connects wirelessly with the four VOCAL speakerphones and outputs mixed audio to your conferencing platform over a single USB-C cable (for both power and audio). A 3.5mm output jack allows use with wired external speakers, and the HUB can also run on 5V USB power banks (not included), making it ideal for mobile and flexible installations.
The HUB features LEDs to show power, mute status, and mic activity, and a pairing button for easy configuration.
49' Wireless Range for Flexible Room Coverage
With a 49' wireless range, the VOCAL speakerphones can be spaced throughout the room to capture speech naturally and without clutter. This allows you to arrange seating and equipment freely, without being restricted by cable lengths. The system can be expanded to accommodate up to 6 VOCAL speakerphones (additional speakerphones available separately) for larger rooms. Two-way AI noise reduction ensures all the meeting participants are heard clearly and intelligibly.
Bluetooth and App Integration
The VOCAL HUB supports Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with Bluetooth-enabled speakers. It's also compatible with the IPEVO VOCAL App, enabling firmware updates and status monitoring to ensure smooth long-term performance.
