With dual-handled control and plenty of included accessories, the VK1 Smartphone Video Rig Kit from Zeniko makes it easy to take your mobile content creation to the next level, right out of the box. In addition to the MR11 video rig with built-in rear LED light, you get a second mini LED light, shotgun microphone with furry windscreen, set of color filters, a mini tripod, and more. The light and mic can connect to two of the many mounts that are built into the rig. Specifically, the MR11 has an Arri positioning hole, six 1/4" ports, and a 3/8" port. Once setup, simply slip your phone into the clamp to begin filming. It accepts 2.2 to 3.7" wide phones and can rotate 180° to accommodate landscape and social-friendly portrait orientations.
Rear LED Light
Powered by an integrated lithium ion battery, the rear LED light can be used for up to 3 hours and 50 minutes. It outputs high-quality color rendering with an Ra>96 and TLCI>99. Fully adjustable, the light provides 5 degrees of color temperature, from 2800 to 6500K, and 5 levels of brightness.
Remote Shooting
When mounting the video rig to an optional tripod, you can save time by activating the record button/shutter at any moment from a distance. Simply pop out the mini remote control from the rig's right handle and pair it to your smartphone. It has a long Bluetooth range of up to 98.4'.
Charge While You Shoot
The built-in lithium battery that powers the LED light can also be used to power your smartphone. The rig's clamp features a built-in wireless charging pad, or you can plug in directly via the handle's USB-A charging port.
