Perfect for the job

This is just the thing to compensate for Sony's inexplicable decision to not include a regular lens cap with a fourteen thousand dollar lens. The fit is perfect, and the springs are strong enough that I'm confident it won't fall off. It's a much better choice than the weird faux leather wrap that comes with the lens (and no longer fits if you put a neoprene skin on the lens). It's definitely pricey for a lens cap, but I assume much less than repairing a scratched front element.
