When I first received this chair, I thought oh boy here we go, another chair instruction manual but I forgot it was Fractal Design here. First, the box layout and unboxing experience was top notch..everything had it's own section, accessory box, etc. Directions were clear and EASY. Took 15minutes to build. On top of that it looks great, and is very comfortable for Florida whether and the color matches my desk perfectly. Love this chair!

I finally got a new chair after my other one was 12 years old. I did a lot of online research before I decided on the Fractal Refine. This is a very good chair, easy to put together, came very well packaged, has good back support, arm rest and positions. One of the few chairs that has a movable seat cushion. It was a tuff decision between the fabric and the mesh version, but went with the fabric version. My only enhancement would be maybe a bigger seat cushion, longer and wider by a couple of inches each way.
