I've used this light, with diffusion in front of it, as a key light interviews with an S7S3 at 12 800. So this, with a V-mount power station, could b a great option for going ultra-light if travelling. Other than that, its a high quality light, usually using it as a hair light in regular set-ups...

I pre-ordered four of the 2' Infinibars. They were shipped pretty quick and we immediately sent them out on some jobs. They work great with the Sidus Link App. One nice bonus is the extra magnets supplied with each bar. I mounted one under a kitchen cabinet using the strong magnets to hold the light in place. Worked great...fast and easy, plus looked good. We will be buying more!

No, the Aputure INFINIBAR PB6 RGB LED Light Panel each is rated at 328 Lux at 3.3' and the Aputure Nova P600c RGB LED Light Panel is 17,520 Lux at 3.3. So, 8 of the Aputure INFINIBAR PB6 RGB LED Light Panel will not be as bright as the P600c.

The specs say the 2' 8-light kit weighs less than 8 pounds but this can't be accurate. What is the weight of the lights + case?
A single Aputure INFINIBAR PB6 RGB LED Light Panel 8-Light Kit (2') BH #APM0300AX1 weights 2.2lbs and the bag with all the contents for one light being around 7.5lbs. There is no listed kit weight but you can multiply this by 8 to be in the ballpark.

Chances are it should be fine to carry on a plain the Aputure INFINIBAR PB6 RGB LED Light Panel (2').
But there are two issues, One most carry on can not be longer than 22 inches. And usually the battery can not be built in. You need to contact the air line you use to double check their rules as each air line can be different.
