This a great addition to the scanner. The item is well made and attaches securely to the lamp assembly. It adds another layer of dust free scanning

Ive been scanning old 35 mm film that was all cut into strips of 5 or 6 frames to fit into glassines or archival plastic binder sheets. So this duster doesn't feel very practical. I can just dust off the specific frames Im interested in scanning and line them up quickly in the scanner box. Ive seen peeps online using this duster with full long rolls of 36/37 images and that seems like it might be the best way to use this. it's solid and fits well. Easy to use but Im not sure how much dust it actually removes? I prefer an Ilford antistatic cloth, and compressed air for my short film strips.
