Poor build quality, worse customer service.

The build quality is far below expectations. The angles are misaligned and uneven, which is incredibly important for a teleprompter to get right. The product looks and feels cheap and isn't at all what I expected. Except for the molded plastic parts, it feels very DIY, but with less attention to detail. More importantly, we contacted the manufacturer's customer service because the monitor casts a terrible, blue color through the mirror and into the lens. When in blue-light environments, it's not a big deal, but anything lower on the Kelvin scale causes big problems. The cast is uneven and more pronounced where the mirror is color to the monitor. It would be a more straightforward fix if the monitors they use had more color tuning, but they are very limited. Prompter People ignored my team's coorespondance after the first email, where they only wanted proof of purchase (which I provided). Overall, I'm sincerely disappointed in the product, and more so that this company recieved any of my money.
