Direct connection to a monitor or camera can be achieved using the 5-pin USB and 4-pin AUX ports on the back of the device. The onboard touchscreen and upgraded operating system add to the expanded user interface.

While the Teradek RT - CTRL.5 does not currently have a Touch to Focus feature, Teradek is planning to include a similar feature on later firmware updates. Whether tracking is included is not known at this time.

No, I'm sorry to say that the Teradek RT - CTRL.5 does not support electronic control of lenses when working with the RED ecosystem.

Currently, the Teradek CTRL.5 3-Axis Wireless Lens Controller does not have functionality that allows you to get lens data from a RED camera without manually calibrating the lens. However, this feature may be available in later software releases.
