The Panasonic DMW-SFU3A Lumix ARRI LogC3 Upgrade Software Key can only be selected in video mode. Keep in mind, log profiles are designed to maximize dynamic range specifically when recording in compressed video formats; for stills, even if you could select the Arri LogC3 profile, there would be very little reason to since you could shoot raw photos instead.
