    Motorola 53724 reviews

53724 Remote Speaker Microphone with PTT is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Strong and loud This attaches to a Motorola Talkabout with an M6 connector. Care should be taken to not snap the connector as I did with a previous microphone (different brand). This does not have an 1/8 output for an earbud. It is strong enough to be heard on a crowded playground, yet can be turned down enough to not get attention and still be heard clearly in a church. The cable is a bit short, requiring it be be stretched out before each use, but than again, I'm 6' 5 and carry the radio on my belt. A big plus is the all-*metal* clip that allows easy, secure attachment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very useful accessory for Motorola radio I use Motorola radios for communication between crewmembers when on video shoots. When our hands are otherwise occupied with cameras, lighting, and audio, this remote speaker/mic makes portable radios more efficient and useful. This product works perfectly, with good transmission and reception.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well Bought these for ski patrol duties in the winter and boating in the summer with the waterproof talkabout radios. Have not tested them in the summer yet but so far I like them. Not sure how waterproof they are, but they have been covered by snow and work well. Very rugged and useful - other patrollers have the cheap knock-offs and there is no comparison (those don't last very long and have poor quality). Only drawback is that the clip on the back does not swivel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loud and Clear The Remote Speaker Microphone is great during events where you are moving stuff and need to constantly be paying attention to your Walkie Talkie. We had a gig the day after receiving it and was very satisfied with the equipment.
