Great Tripod; plate need improvement

the tripod is great and well built. it can handle some weight and is easy to control. the plate, however, gets loose easily, and could definitely improve.
Excellent Compact Tripod

Used it to take photos of the aurora borealis borealis. With the included spike feet, the camera was steady in the snow/ice covered ground. Even with high gusts, the unit was rock solid but of course the heavier tripod would have been nice. Found that the plate to the camera could use some improvement. Will probably 3D scan and modify it and 3D print a new version for my camera.

Does this support Peak Design Capture clip?
The Ulanzi Zero F38 Quick Release Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod is not natively compatible with the Peak Design Capture Clip system. The F38 system uses its own proprietary quick release plate, which does not match the Arca-Swiss standard that Peak Design's Capture Clip relies on.

I bought this tripod , along with its recommended accessories Sunway DPL-09 . But I am not able to fit this L plate. How?
I just tried your suggestion but itâs very cumbersome. Are we suggesting we have a F38 base added to both horizontal side and vertical side of L plate so I can do quick change. ? If not, it defeats the purpose. I need to screw down from one side and change to another. The idea of L plate is I can change orientation quickly and this defeats it.
