Is it really true that the RS4 Pro requires the user to own a smart phone so they aren't locked out after the 5th on/off cycle?
According to DJI videos they require a smart phone to register the product by the 5th cycle or you will be locked out. Is DJI wrong about that?

We are not aware of any gimbals that can be powered by wall power. However, the RS4 Pro can work with this expansion base and be powered by wall power. The Tilta Power Supply Base Plate for Select DJI Gimbals comes with a D-tap cable that connects to the IndiPRO Tools power supply below.
