Xerox B620 Reviews
Fast printer, lots of tech issues
Works great when it works. We specifically bought to use Xerox email to print. All jobs consistently show up in the print queue as they should, but when selected 20-30% of jobs randomly do not print with the rest. The creates extra work to double check results and re-print missing sheets. After all driver updates were istalled the printer still power cycles every 60 seconds, all day, every day, putting itself into sleep mode and then waking back up. We just leave it off until we need it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dell printer I was replacing was a workhorse! It was used daily for sales for at least 20 years. It was a Monday morning when the screen read....end of life. The scramble began, moving printers around and looking for a new one. I was getting a bit down about my choices out there. Then I came across Xerox. It was everything I was looking for. I found my new workhorse! I ordered it and had it the next day.
