So I bought this lens back in July. Never used it. When I try to use it the pictures are absolutely terrible from 1.2 to 6.0 completely unusable. I sent a warranty request via their website because I am past the time frame to return with B&H. I literally wait a month no response. I call the number and leave a message. No return phone call. I then enter another request and again no response after a week. I enter another request and then call and a guy named Anthony picked up. I told him Iâm looking for a warranty claim this lens is defective. He tells me to put in a request (canât make this up). I told him that I entered a request 3 times but no one answered. He says let me check. Oh I see you did. Iâll answer your request now. He answers my request. I ship next day. Itâs been over a week now that the lens has been delivered and signed by Anthony according to UPS. No update on the lens. No time frame given until the lens will be fixed. I call today. Same guy Anthony. He tells me I see your email about getting an update later today. Now they are closed and he did not send that email. I am fed up and will never buy one of their products again. Suggestionâ¦.. stay away if youâre not buying a Sony oem lens, then go with Signa, Tamron or Viltrox. This is a complete joke.
