Kenwood NXR-1800E Overview

Save precious space with the NXR-1800E from Kenwood, a compact, multi-mode analog UHF/VHF wireless repeater offering up to 32 channels and up to 40W of output power. With the crystal-clear OLED display and convenient remote management via the integrated IP network and RJ45 interface, this repeater makes it easy to maintain a stable 2-way radio environment.

The NXR-1800E features an SIP phone interface along with IP networking capabilities. The repeater can operate in either non-repeat simplex mode for handling transmission and reception separately, or semi-duplex mode for 2-way communication. Ports include a USB-A connection for audio accessories and a DB25 external in/out pin. The NXR-1800E can be optionally rack-mounted and includes a DC power cable, a single mounting bracket, a dual mounting bracket (for mounting two repeaters), and rack handles.

Compact Size
The NXR-1000 Series repeaters require only a quarter of the rack space compared to the NXR-710/810 or TKR-D710/D810 Series models. In addition, the NXR-1000 Series repeaters take up only half the rack space of other 1 RU repeaters that are 19" wide.
