Only Received two Bars

Only received two cross bars and having been waiting for over two weeks for Customer No Service to respond. B&H seems to claim they did not ship it and appears to be avoiding responsibility. They just keep putting off responding in any meaningful way. Since this appears not to come from B&H I would avoid purchasing it since B&H will not stand behind the sale. See the photo of what I received. Does not quite look like the picture or description.
