Hiti Tech Support answered my emergency questions regarding this new kit. You'll notice the included ribbons are 6 inches now, which will show up on your PF25L display as 6x8. ..despite having 5x7 paper in the machine. Because they no longer ship with 5 inch ribbons, you MUST be running latest firmware and driver to manually change paper size to 5x7 in your printer profile settings. While printing with a usb cable worked 100%, connecting the printer and my pc to a mobile hotspot didn't work...hence my original frustration and 1 star review from last week. The printer would not read the correct firmware when I connected the pc and printer to my mobile hotspot and I pulled my hair out as all my 5x7 prints had to be reformated to print on 5x8 media correctly with the final touch of cutting off the remaining inch. Once tech support advised I should use a usb cable, my issue was resolved. I'll tinker with the wifi driver profile when I have some free time. but wanted to include a better review after a week of use with this new batch of paper.

The HiTi Media Pack for P520L & 525L Printers (5 x 7") is the same as the prior version except for the number of prints. The prior version was for 290 prints.
