Insulate your mic from wind noise with the black Mini Windcover for Rode VideoMic NTG by Radius. This windcover slips over a RODE microphone's foam windscreen and mitigates wind noise with its synthetic acoustic fur. High-frequency clarity preservation ensures clear audio.
I needed a cost effective solution to reduce windnoise for my clippy matched pair that did not exceed their price. These radius deliver. Placed on a shock mount about 60cm apart, these windsocks delivered on a tripod about 1m above the grass and with wind gusts of 12 miles per hour on a 3 miles per hour baseline. No need to invest in capsules with windsocks.
