Hi-5 SX Hand Unit
The Hi-5 SX Body Kit from ARRI provides users with a single-axis version of the popular Hi-5 wireless camera and lens controller. Ready to grow with both your needs and budget, the Hi-5 SX can be easily upgraded to handle additional functions via separately available licenses. The single-axis hand unit fits within the Hi-5 ecosystem and offers the same durable, weatherproof design as the original Hi-5. Please note that the basic Hi-5 Body Kit requires a separately available radio module and batteries.
Advanced Metadata and Redesigned Interface
The Hi-5 SX features a redesigned, single-axis interface that provides a clear view of your selected FIZ axis. Your camera, lens, and distance metadata is automatically shared between hand units, and users can toggle between the Hi-5 and Hi-5 SX interfaces when desired.
Full Single-Axis Control
This full-featured hand unit offers a large knob, slider, and force-pad options for controlling a single focus, iris, or zoom motor. Its 3" high-contrast touchscreen LCD displays all the camera and lens data information necessary for precise control.
Extended Control with Separate Licenses
Use the Hi-5 SX with similar L-BUS devices for the Hi-5 and existing, separately available Focusbug, Cinefade, and RED or Sony camera control licenses for extended control options.
Hi-5 Ecosystem
The Hi-5 SX is fully compatible with the highly integrated Hi-5 ecosystem, including the Hi-5 hand unit, ZMU-4 zoom control, all existing motor controllers, LBUS controllers, and cameras.
Network Ready
The next-gen, full-featured Hi-5 SX supports all existing ARRI ECS radio modules, camera user buttons, and custom smart rings, providing long-range iris control for DITs and engineers.
Custom Smart Rings
ARRI's Custom Smart Rings enable you to program any range of focus or iris marks to a ring automatically recognized by all Hi-5 and Hi-5 SX hand units. Export the ring information as a vector file to a USB drive to add graphics and for printing.
Weatherproof, Long-Lasting Design
A weatherproof, dustproof design with the same modular hardware as the Hi-5 enables you to use the Hi-5 SX in the toughest locations. It provides up to a 12+ hour run time and maintains your wireless connection when hot-swapping batteries, saving valuable time on set.
Full Hi-5 Upgrades
  • No need to visit an ARRI service center; the Hi-5 SX can be remotely upgraded to full Hi-5 functionality with the purchase of separately available licenses.
  • The SX Plus license offers lens mapping, Custom Smart Ring creation, six more user buttons, a tail-slate mode, and free additional future features.
  • The SX All-Axis license enables 3-axis lens control with simultaneous knob, slider, and force-pad use, complete display information, an AUX axis, and full virtual T-stop and focal length features.

ARRI cforce mini RF Motor Unit
The ARRI cforce mini RF Motor Unit is a compact lens-control motor with an integrated white-coded RF radio module that eliminates the need for a separate receiver unit on your camera rig. Suited for gimbal, stabilizer, handheld, and drone setups, the cforce mini RF motor can be daisy-chained with both classic cforce motors and with ARRI LBUS components. Power and run/stop control is supplied for ARRI and select third-party cameras through the motor's CAM connector.

Versatile Control Options
The versatile cforce mini RF motor unit can be linked with up to two additional motors, and it can be paired with up to three hand units for setups where splitting F/I/Z control is preferred. Features include 14 radio channels, lens metadata support for focus mapping, improved resistance to interference, and the ability to display data on a WCU-4 hand unit.

ARRI RF-EMIP Radio Module 2400 MHz DSSS

The RF-EMIP Radio Module 2400 MHz DSSS from ARRI is an exchangeable radio module designed for use with the Hi-5 lens control hand unit and the Radio Interface Adapter RIA-1. This module offers point-to-multipoint communication for connecting up to three hand units with one camera.

ARRI Lithium-Ion Battery Pack LBP-3500

The LBP-3500 Battery is a 7.4V, 3500mAh battery used to power the ARRI Hi-5 wireless controller hand unit. Unlike third-party Sony L-Series batteries, this rechargeable battery displays its remaining charge in 1% increments on your hand unit.

ARRI cforce mini Clamp Console 2

The ergonomic cforce mini Clamp Console 2 from ARRI is designed to offer easier rod mounting and removal of several ARRI lens components. This clamp is compatible with the cforce mini, cforce mini RF, cmotion cpro, and CLM-5 motors, as well as the OCU-1 control unit. The clamp design offsets the thumb levers for easier handling, and a spring-loaded plunger provides a secure fit. This 19mm clamp can be used with the included 15mm rod adapter or the separately available 5/8" bushing.

ARRI Gear for CLM-5 or cforce mini Motor (0.8-Mod, 32-Pitch, 40-Tooth)

This Gear for CLM-5 or cforce mini from ARRI is designed for use with a CLM-5 or cforce mini lens control motor. This 0.8-mod, 32-pitch, 40-tooth gear is compatible with ARRI/Zeiss and Fujifilm focus, iris, and zoom gears. It will also drive the focus gear on Panavision lenses.

ARRI LBUS to D-Tap Power Cable (2.6')

This 2.6' ARRI LBUS to D-Tap Power Cable powers compatible LBUS devices with D-Tap power sources.

ARRI Cable CAM 7p (LBUS, 1.6')

Use the 1.6',  LBUS Cable CAM 7p from ARRI to connect an ARRI cforce RF lens motor, cmotion cPRO lens motor, or cPRO camin to an LBUS component or LBUS power source. This cable has a 7-pin LEMO connector on one end and an LBUS connector on the other.

ARRI Cable CAM (7p) - RS (1')

Use the Cable CAM (7p) - RS (1') from ARRI to connect an ARRI cforce RF lens motor, cmotion cPRO lens motor, or cmotion cPRO camin to your ALEXA or AMIRA camera. This cable enables the camera's RUN/STOP, and tally functions when used with an ARRI or cmotion cPRO electronic-control hand unit.

The Cable CAM (7p) - RS is one foot in length, with a 7-Pin LEMO connector on one end, and a 3-pin Fischer on the other.
