The stereo design features leatherette-encased, on-ear speakers featuring hearing protection to guard against sounds above 118 dBA. Additionally, the Blackwire 3320 comes equipped with inline controls that let you answer, ignore, end, hold, redial, and mute calls as well as adjust the volume. The inline controls can also be used to control music and other multimedia applications. When you're finished with your call or multimedia application, the Blackwire 3320 folds flat for portability and includes a USB-C to USB-A adapter.

Poly Blackwire 3320 Reviews
Good basic headset
Nice headset overall - easy setup (plug it in) and it works very well. The MS Teams Certified is interesting - it doesn't perform any better or worse than non-certified headsets I've used. (And Teams does still have mic-muting issues regardless of the headset.) I like the hardware controls for volume and muting; the ear pieces aren't super comfortable (foam without any kind of leatherette) but I have no issues wearing these multiple hours each day. If I needed them for 5+ hours regularly every day, I'd probably jump up to a higher end model (and maybe over-ear), but as-is, these do the job very well. On a side-note, I didn't know that Poly was an HP company; not good or bad, I just hadn't realized it.
