This DigitalFoto bracket has shoe mounting points that would allow you to attach a microphone.

An alternative would be the Hohem iSteady MT2 3-Axis Smartphone and Camera Gimbal Stabilizer Kit, BH #HOISTDYMT2KT, which features a 3 prong mount for use with standard action mounts.
