What can I say? It holds batteries. It supplies a grip. Does both things easily as well as its predecessor did. Not a single complaint. But not exactly the stuff of poetic accolades.

I have rather large hands, so a battery grip is essential for a camera to feel comfortable in my hands. I take a lot of portrait-oriented pictures, so I like the extra set of buttons and dial to make the camera feel less clumsy in my hands. I wish the price was a little more competitive though.
