Vienna Symphonic Library Synchron Basso Profondo Choir (Upgrade to Full Library) is for owners of the Synchron Basso Profondo Choir Standard Library who want to access the Full Library.
Upgrading to the 10.1GB Full Library provides you with up to 28,264 samples, recorded simultaneously with seven separate phase-coherent microphone configurations and with every nuanced detail to provide a broad range of room-sound options. All mic configurations can be mixed to create stereo, 5.1 surround, or 9.1 Auro 3D mixes, each with different levels of ambience and stereo panorama, from close and focused to broad and epic.
Note: Software requires an iLok Account and iLok License Manager for license activation on a physical iLok 2 / iLok 3 key or in an iLok Cloud Session (the iLok Cloud requires a constant internet connection).
Vocal Articulations over a 2+-Octave Range (A1 to A#3)
- Articulations include short notes, long notes, legatos, and marcatos of the vowels Aa and Oo, also sung espressivo, sforzato, as short and long crescendos, and as short and long diminuendos.
- Marcato on vowel with consonants k, l, m, p, r, s, and t.
- There’s also Mm (humming) as well as a variety of consonants in combination with short and long vowels.
- The wide range of lower-register effects and articulations (such as Om, Hey, deep shouting, prayer-like performances, rises and falls, laughs, creepy sounds, clusters, and others) make this library a treasure trove of archaic and otherworldly human sounds.

- Preconfigured mixer presets provide a wide variety of tonal characteristics, making it easy to place the Basso Profondo Choir in diverse environments, from close-miked, to distant settings, to ambient and church reverbs.
- Room Mix Presets feature an excellent mixdown to stereo from the Decca tree and surround mic positions for a CPU- and RAM-saving sound that’s perfectly balanced right out-of-the-box.
