Kopul VOL-MATE-R Overview

The Kopul VOL-MATE-R is a passive stereo controller designed to precisely adjust or mute the volume from a turntable, TV, cable box, or other audio devices at home or in the studio. Place it inline between devices that use stereo RCA connectors and the stepless knob allows you to adjust the volume conveniently without accessing the controls on your stereo receiver, recorder, DJ mixer, or audio interface.

Thanks to its passive design, the VOL-MATE-R does not alter or color the audio signal, ensuring you hear exactly what's coming from your source device. It also does not require power to operate. Compact enough to slip into your pocket, the VOL-MATE-R features a durable steel chassis that withstands the bumps and bangs of travel. Additionally, its nonslip rubber feet keep it stable on your desktop, so it's always within reach.

Setting up the VOL-MATE
  • The VOL-MATE volume controller does not amplify sound.
  • Set your source device to the highest volume you intend to use.
  • Turning down the volume knob attenuates the audio signal.
  • At full volume, the VOL-MATE outputs the same level as the source device.

We had some power speakers in our Fellowship Hall that were located near the ceiling. The only we could control the volume was through an App on our phones (which was not user friendly) or we had to get on a ladder. Since these speaker are used by a variety of people in our church we needed a volume control that we could place in the cabinet where our DVD player and laptop computer is stored. The volume Control from Kopul worked great. No more climbing ladders or using an App that isn't user friendly. I highly recommend this fair priced Volume Control.

This Vol-Mate-R Works Super, Very Smooth Volume Control, Just Make Sure You Place It Between Your Sound Source (or DAC) And Amp, Not Between Your Amp And Speakers!
