No, the Leofoto CF-06 Lens Foot for Canon RF Lens is not compatible with the iFootage Komodo K5S Fluid Head (B&H # IFK5S). The fluid head only adapts the 501PL type plate, like the Manfrotto 501PL Sliding Quick Release Plate with 1/4"-20 Screw (B&H # MA501PL).
