With a compact, collapsible design and a hollowed-out body, the PG-2S Compact Mini Folding Gimbal Head from DigitalFoto Solution Limited is capable of accommodating large telephoto lenses to capture fast-moving subjects. The head has a 33.1 lb load capacity and is compatible with Arca-type plates for quick transitions from handheld to stabilized shooting. The head's arm swings back and forth and can be locked down at its desired angle. Adjust the height of the mounting platform to better balance longer lens lengths. It can rotate a full 360° while keeping the horizon level with the bubble level at the base of the head. Multiple 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 accessory threads allow you to attach articulating arms and other accessories.

What's the maximum height lens height this works with? That is, the height between the bottom of the cradle and the tilt pivot.

The height difference between the cradle and tilt pivot shouldn't be any more than 7 inches when using the Leofoto PG-2S Compact Mini Folding Gimbal Head.

Can this work with the gimbal mounted on the right hand side of the camera, or does the gimbal need to be on the left hand side?

Yes, the Leofoto PG-2S Compact Mini Folding Gimbal Head can be used on the right hand side of the camera. Most people mount it on the left since the camera's main controls are on the the right.

How the 7 inches of difference between the craddle and pivot was measured? To the top, center or bottom of the pivot? Thanks.

The Leofoto PG-2S Compact Mini Folding Gimbal Head has a height of 190mm (7.48 inches) from the bottom of the cradle to the tilt pivot.
