I purchased this ball head b/c I wanted something smaller for travel than my Really Right Stuff BH-55 and didn't want to spend $500 for their similar version. I can say the quality and sturdiness is pretty much the same and at half the cost. It holds my Canon R5 II, with my longest lens (The RF 70-200 2.8 Z) just fine. You will not be disappointed!
