Yes, since the Bright Tangerine Universal Dovetail for DJI RS 4 Pro, RS 4, RS 3 Pro & RS 3 works with DJI gimbals, it would be the same size as the standard DJI plate, allowing the BT plate to work with the Tilta counterweight adapter.
