Portable, Easy-to-Use 76-Key Keyboard
An ideal musical partner for beginners and intermediate players alike, the Casio Casiotone CT-S1-76 (Black) is a stylish portable keyboard that focuses on quality sound (from a stereo grand piano to vintage keyboards and more) and user-friendly playability. It features 76 full-size touch-sensitive keys, built-in stereo speakers, and versatile connectivity including an aux input jack, a headphone output, a micro-USB port for hookup to your Mac/Windows computer or iOS/Android mobile device, and a USB-A port for use with the separately available WU-BT10 Bluetooth adapter.

The CT-S1-76 offers onboard effects including reverb, chorus, and delay to enable special sound enhancement, and a one-button song recorder for simple capture of your musical ideas or full performances. When connected to the keyboard, the Casio Music Space app (available as a free download for iOS/Android smartphones/tablets) serves as a digital musical score, music teacher, live-performance simulator, and an all-around tool for enjoying learning and playing music. A music rest and an AC adapter are included, but the keyboard can also run on eight AA batteries (available separately) for truly mobile operation.

German Concert Grand Piano plus 60 High-Quality AiX Sounds
  • The CT-S1-76's AiX Sound Source technology accurately reproduces every nuance of 61 acoustic and synthesized instrument sounds.
  • Power-on the CT-S1-76, and you'll be presented with a dynamic, expressive German concert grand piano placed in a virtual concert hall. You'll also find 60 essentials like electric pianos, organs, strings, synths, and more, with Advanced Tones adding complex layers that react to your playing.
  • A collection of vintage keyboard sounds is also included, featuring recreations of timeless, sought-after keyboard instruments. Casio even included classic sounds from their VL, VZ, and CZ series.
76 Touch-Sensitive Keys for Musical Expressivity
  • The CT-S1-76's extended 76-key keybed permits you to perform more complex piano pieces than you could on a 61-key keyboard.
  • Play the keys heavily and you'll get louder tones, or play softly to achieve quieter sounds. The touch-sensitive keyboard will accurately reflect every nuance of your playing, making your performances musically expressive.
Fun to Play with Streamlined Operation, Metronome, and Recorder
  • Like many of Casio's Privia and Celviano digital pianos, the CT-S1-76's streamlined design features simplified controls that allow you to focus on selecting a tone and practicing or performing without distraction.
  • A convenient metronome button helps you keep time, and an easy one-button recorder lets you capture ideas.
Small Size, Big Sound with Surround
  • There are three ways to experience the CT-S1-76's sound quality at its best. First, the 13W bass-reflex speaker system delivers punch and clarity throughout the entire volume range.
  • Second, plug in a good set of headphones for personal play.
  • Third, turn on Surround, and the sound from the speakers will place you right in the middle of your music.
Shape the Sound of Your Instrument with Onboard Effects
  • Choose virtual concert venues, layer tones together, add delay and EQ, adjust temperaments, and much more, right from the front panel. There are 24 types of reverb, plus choruses and delays built into the sounds.
  • The function button takes you far beyond the ordinary, and every CT-S1-76 comes with an easy guide that shows you exactly how to unlock the keyboard's full potential.
More Than Meets the Ears
  • The Casio Music Space app for iOS/Android is ideal for complete beginners, people taking up an instrument again, and anyone who wants to experience a new way of playing.
  • Expand your enjoyment of music by watching music scores, practicing songs and seeing your progress, or playing along with your favorite songs through the app.
  • For a more visual experience, you can also adjust the CT-S1-76’s settings through the app.

Casio CTS1-76 Reviews

Great Intermediate Keyboard

By James
Rated 5 out of 5

This is a really outstanding keyboard. I played piano MANY years ago as a kid and have had numerous low-end keyboards/synthesizers over the past 30 years. I'm finally at a point where I want to relearn piano, so I decided to get something a little better. I watched a few video reviews, and this keyboard seemed unanimously praised for its sound, quality, etc. Moving from what I have currently, it is night and day, but thinking about how an actual piano feels and sounds, this feels very similar. The keys have the right amount of resistance, and the change in volume based on how hard you strike feels right on. The sound of the grand piano is pretty amazing, which is essentially what I've used so far. The speakers sound really good as well. I also bought the Bluetooth adapter, which makes changing settings and instruments super simple, which otherwise is somewhat clunky. I haven't dug any deeper into the app, which also includes instructional videos, music, etc. so I can't comment if it's otherwise a good app. So this resoundingly checks all the boxes of what I was looking for. It seems high quality, sounds great, and mimics the feel of a piano. I essentially have taken away all the excuses to not spend time getting back into playing. And so far it has worked, as I've found myself sitting down a few times each day to noodle more and more. I would highly recommend this keyboard.
