Gets hot to the touch when plugged in. Takes forever to download 10 minutes of video to cloud. Takes forever to charge. Has trouble finding Quik. Simple would be nice. I’m using recreationally for biking.

If you got those young filmmakers this is great its simple so not to much like the other GoPros making it good for younger kids! They are a lot of mounts we love doing videos on are helmets skin boarding diving and much more my son loves the editing app to its easy yet fun! Highly recommend this one for kids .

The GoPro HERO Compact Action Camera can record when the USB-C cable is plugged into the camera and a charging plug. The camera will not record if the USB-C cable is plugged into a computer.
