Your listing says 18 minutes of flight time, however owners are saying they get 8-11 minutes, so which is it?
DJI lists the 18 minutes of flight time for the DJI Neo Drone as the flight time without the propeller guards. This figure is also based on the drone flying forward at a speed of 2 m/s in a windless environment 20 meters above sea level, having the camera parameters set to 1080p/30fps, and the video mode turned off. The actual battery life will vary based on the environment, the usage, and the firmware version.
