The Telex/RTS RTS CES-2 is a complete earset kit for intercom systems. It includes an RTV-04 Earset Receiver, a CMT-98 5' Headphone Cable with a 3.5mm connector, and an ET-4 Acoustic Eartube.

RTS RTV-04 - Telethin Magnetic Earset Receiver (125 Ohms)

The RTV-04 from Telex is a small and lightweight earset receiver in the Telethin line of products. It has an impedance of 125 ohms.

RTS CMT-98 5' (1.5m) Headphone Cable (1/8" Straight)

The CMT-98 is a 5' (1.5m) cable for Telex/RTS intercom headphones and headsets. It terminates with a 1/8" (3.5mm) straight connector.

RTS ET-4 - Acoustic Eartube with Coiled Cable for IFB

The Telex/RTS ET-4 is an acoustic eartube with a coiled cable in a clear plastic finish, designed for discreet on-camera IFB use or personal and assisted listening, and a component of the Telex/RTS patented Telethin receiver-based earsets. The ET-4 is supplied with a set of small, medium and large earcones.

I used this type of ear piece during my 25 years shooting for news. I now cover life events and I would not recommend relying on this to monitor audio. I use a Canon Xf-400 and even with the camera volume up the hearing ability is horrible. The ear piece falls out of your ear all the time. Using a full head phone set is best.

Can I attach this to a sennheiser ew100 g4 ...

Can I attach this to a sennheiser ew100 g4 Receiver through it's 3.mm jack? The transmitter would be plugged into a mixer. We're trying to achieve a mix minus.-Thanks in advance

Hi, OP Here- This worked well with our Sennheiser ew100 Receiver/Transmitter. The signal was clean from our mixer's aux send. We had plenty of adjustability between the mixer pots and the transmitter/receiver's adjustable output.
