Not what was expected, Shield not bonded

I ordered the 10' and 5' cables to connect a mixer and some boxes over AES50. This protocol requires the use of shielded cables. As advertised the cables do have a braided shield, however for AES50 the beaded shield needs to be bonded to the connector, the shield on these cables are floating on both ends and therefore not compliant with the intended use. These will either need to be returned because they won't work or I will need to re-terminate with a shielded RJ45 connector to make it work.
