What is the proper exposure shooting in Golden hour with this film? Setting my camera to 400 ISO?
1/500 at f16 is for bright daylight (sunshine aka 'Sunny 16') I guess by Golden Hour you mean the time after the sun has set. If you look at this website - http://www.fredparker.com/ultexp1.htm - you will find that after sunset has an Exposure Value (EV) of 9 to 10, that means (if you use the chart on the site) for 400 ISO 1/30 to 1/60 at f8.

Hi. I m a student living in korea.I saw the kodak professional portra 400 color negative film (35mm roll film, 36exposures) that is being provided on your company's homepage. If i can buy this film, can you let me know portra 400s expiry date stocked lately?
B&H buys and sells film in bulk. In general we regularly maintain fresh film stock. All of our film is at least 6 months from expiration (typically much longer). Anytime film stock is less than 6 months from expiration we sell it in a separate section and label it as short-dated film and also price it with a slight discount (again due to the volumes we sell this rarely occurs). Unfortunately we do not have access to our inventory to hand inspect the expiration date of any of our films prior to purchase.

Is it ok to store the film in the fridge for like 9 months after it’s already exposed and then develop it? Will it be effected?
Portra is a Pro film. Pros shoot a lot of film and it is assumed that the film will only be in the camera for a few days at most. Therefore in general, Pro films are optimized for best image quality and NOT latent image stability. Pro films should be shot fresh and developed as soon as possible after being shot.
Amateur films, like Kodak Ultra Max 400 are for casual shooters. It is assumed the film may be in the camera for months. Amateur films are a trade off in overall image quality to keep the latent image stability high.
That said I have taken over a month to shoot a roll of Portra and get it developed. It seemed fine to me.

This comes with 5 rolls of film. It may be in a box or individually packaged. Since our inventory changes hourly, we cannot say exactly how you will receive the film. Please know that the expiration date is at the very least 6 months from now.
