Place it inline between your mic and a mixing board or audio interface to boost your mic's output, eliminating the need to increase mic preamp levels that can introduce noise. Simple to operate, the stepless knob lets you precisely dial in as much gain as you need for the optimal signal level.

The BOOST-MATE-20 operates on 48V phantom power but does not pass it through, protecting sensitive ribbon mics from potential damage. Its steel housing, which shields against external RF interference, and its compact size make it ideal for travel, while its sturdy design ensures durability for both recording and live performances.

I was going to get a small EQ mixer board to boost a mic that the speaker was soft spoken. I was directed to this product. Hooked it up a wow for the price this did the job much cheaper than a EQ mixer.

Small, Robust And Affordable! This Device Can Add A Touch Of Extra Gain With Mics That Need The Extra Push. The Dial Is Stepless And I Haven't Heard Any Interference With My Other Cables And Devices Nearby. [I Have Received This Product In Exchange For My Honest Review]
