I purchased the Apple power bank less than two months ago, and it is already having issues holding a charge. This is extremely frustrating, especially because I rely on this power bank to charge multiple phones when needed. When I purchased it, I expected it to provide reliable performance, but now I can barely get enough power to charge one phone. Given how recently I purchased it, I believe this should be addressed under the product warranty

High-quality Qi2, but sensitive to heat when used

I bought this 10K battery for my travels with an iPhone 16 Pro Max. The build quality is excellent, and it meets the Qi2 standard by delivering a true 15W output, but it’s essential to use it WITHOUT a case to get the best performance. In my tests, with the case on, charging was very slow (17% in 1 hour) due to thermal protection, while without the case it charged up to nearly 40% in the same time, and via USB-C cable it charged 40% in 35 minutes—very fast considering we’re away from home. Pass-through mode works perfectly for charging the iPhone and Apple Watch (via cable) simultaneously overnight. The magnetic force is very strong! My partner and I both have iPhone 16 Pro Maxes, and its capacity was enough to charge both of our batteries. It’s a premium product, but it requires heat management to be efficient. I’m giving it 4 stars only because ugreen has a similar one that comes with a retractable cable.
