Starfield Reducer & Field Flattener (.6x, 2")

The Reducer & Field Flattener from Starfield is one optic with two important functions—correcting spherical aberration for edge-to-edge sharpness and reducing your focal length for faster imaging. The optics on the reducer/field flattener are multicoated, allowing greater light transmission across its 38mm diameter imaging circle. On the telescope side, the reducer/flattener is designed for use with refractors with a focal ratio of f/6 or greater, a 2" focuser, and 55mm back focus. On the camera side, it is suited to sensors APS-C and smaller and is threaded for an M48 camera adapter.
