Can you remove the windshield protector?
Asked by: Fabio
Agreed, I'm shocked that I can't remove the windshield. The original ME2 you could do this, I don't know why in the world you can't. It's bulky, and I can't hide it underneath clothing, nor use stickies or other mounting devices.

If i use Me 2 mic with Sennheiser EW100 G3, will it improve audio quality?
Asked by: Arslan
Hi Arslan - the ME 2 is an excellent option and comes standard with both the EW 112P G4 and EW 100 G4-ME 2. If you’re looking for a step up from this model, please see the MKE Essential, which incorporates the same capsule used in our award-winning MKE 2.

Does this work with the Sony UWP-D11?
Asked by: herbert
The Sennheiser ME 2 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone with Locking 3.5mm Connector (Black) does not work with the Sony UWP-D11 Integrated Digital Wireless Bodypack Lavalier Microphone System as Sony uses a proprietary wiring configuration. Instead, use the Sony ECM-V1BMP Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone with Locking Sony 3.5mm Connector (Black), which is B&H # SOECMV1BMP. It is the same lavalier mic that is included with most Sony wireless lavalier microphone systems.

Can you remove the locking part of the 3.5mm connector to work with DJI Mic 2?
Asked by: Ben
You cannot remove the locking part of the 3.5mm connector on the Sennheiser ME 2 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone with Locking 3.5mm Connector (Black). However, you can still use it with the DJI Mic 2, but the locking mechanism would just be loose and can rattle with movement. A little bit of gaffer tape would remedy this though.
