Does this power bank say 20,000mAh on the outside

Does this power bank say 20,000mAh on the outside of its case? When I looked up whether this devise is allowed in carry-on baggage on flights, the answer was: Yes, but it is highly recommended that the capacity (mAh) and watt-hours (Wh) are clearly written on the device. Unlabeled or unrecognizable power banks might be confiscated by security.
