The kit offers two ME2-II omnidirectional lavalier mics with bodypack transmitters along with a single white version of The Outdoor Kit from Bubblebee to cut wind noise when working outside with one of the lavs. The kit also includes a Senal omnidirectional handheld interview microphone with plug-on transmitter and holder, two lightweight camera-mount receivers, a Vello mounting bracket, and a Kopul CMCS-1 microphone combiner. A waterproof SKB case is also provided for transporting and storing the system.
Both receivers and the mic combiner can be mounted onto a single camera using the triple-shoe bracket. The two receivers plug into the combiner, which in turn plugs into the 3.5mm audio input of your camera. This allows you to record both mics using the single input of your DSLR, keeping your rig portable and compact. Alternatively, you can attach each system to its own camera during multi-cam shoots.
