Thypoch Simera-C 21mm T1.5 Reviews

Amazing lens except 1 thing

So this lens is a unique combo of 21mm focal length with T1.5 and the ability to screw on filters. Lens is super tiny, smaller and lighter than you think. Sharp, but with character, and super close focus, and it's amazing. But.. you can see huge vignetting if you shoot in a bright outdoor sunny day. In lightroom/camera raw you have to correct lens vignetting to +100 to get rid of it. It might be harder to get rid of it while shooting video. And while I usually love vignetting, its a bit too much on this lens, and, you forced to use central composition, which might be limiting, but you kinda still have to use because of 21mm distortion on the sides. So yeah, I would rate the lens like 4.5/5
