The Hot-Swap Power Box Battery from SHAPE works as both a battery and a power box, thanks to its male V-mount to female V-mount plates. The battery part of the device outputs 14.4V 36Wh at up to 20A draw to your cine camera. The female plate on the device allows seamless hot-swapping of your power source without needing to remove the battery from your camera. Two D-tap and two 2-pin LEMO ports on the box provide power to additional accessories, such as fill lights and monitors. An LED indicator light and balancing switch on the box make for intuitive monitoring and integration into your rig configuration.

SHAPE HSP36 Reviews
Great Product...but
Was looking for a rear battery plate to help balance out my Komodo-X rig... saw this, and figured it could kill 2 birds with one stone... help balance out the rig when using my Tokina Cine Lenses AND avoid having any SDI issues, as this has an in-built battery, and would be able to either hot swap or save the port when someone else operating isn't paying full attention to the volt%. Was devastated when it came in to see that it DOES NOT fit a Komodo-X without taking the WiFi antenna off, even though a previous reviewer stated it fit a Komodo. Luckily I don't use WiFi with the camera, and just got a cheap cap to put over it. Works perfectly now.
Not enough power for a Red Raptor
While it actually fit a Komodo and Raptor there was not enough power to hot swap on a Red Raptor. It did work on the Komodo however.
