The Sony UWP-D21 Camera-Mount Wireless Omni Lavalier Microphone System (UC14: 470 to 542 MHz), B&H # SOUWPD2114 would be an excellent choice.

Is this mic compatible with the Sony UWP D-11 and/or D-12 lav system?
According to this Sony support note the ECM-L1 (which is wire for plugin power) is not compatible with the UTX transmitters in the UWP(-D) series.
Quoting: "it cannot be used due to differing electrical signal specifications. Similarly, plug-in power-compatible microphones other than ECM-L1 can't be used"
I did a Google search for Sony ecm-l1 compatible utx and I reached a Sony support note.
