The integrated multiband compressor features a dedicated footswitch and controls for Comp (compression ratio), Filter (adjustable low-pass filter), and Gain (makeup gain). The pedal sports a 7-LED gain reduction meter for keeping an eye on dynamics processing. The Character knob lets you tune your pedal for the perfect style of tone-shaping circuitry. I/O includes 1/4" input and output, a stereo 3.5mm aux input, a stereo 3.5mm headphone output (capable of driving down to 16-ohm headphones), and an XLR DI output for pro audio gear (like PAs and mixers), which carries your cab-sim-processed signals.
You can load custom IRs into the pedal through the convenient USB-C port and the Darkglass Suite app for macOS and PC. A ground-lift switch is also provided for breaking hum-inducing grounding loops while using the XLR output.
