    Super easy to fit and set up, extremely modular and customizable. Allowed me to create spaces for my camera and for all the accessories without any difficulty. Looks much cleaner and organized than the foam and also gives me the ability to re-structure it if I ever want to change the case’s usage which is fantastic.

    I had some fitment issues with the product right out of the gate. After reaching out to Ruggard support on 1/16, I heard back days later, basically saying that after checking with their development team, I was using the product wrong. After providing more pictures and video evidence of the dividers not sitting level or even, they offered to send me a soft divider as a placeholder while we waited for the hard divider to be back in stock. Hours later, they replied back and told me the soft version was also out of stock and that they would send me either right away as soon as they had them. On 1/27 they told me the hard dividers would be in stock in about eight weeks, but suggested I check back in 2 to 3 weeks. Five weeks later (3/8) I followed up to see if there was any update. After not hearing anything I followed up on 3/28, in which a new ticket was opened (meaning they closed my original ticket). They finally replied, saying that they will be sending me replacement hard divider kit, free of charge, but they would not be in the office to ship it until April 10. Steer clear of anything from Ruggard. Horrible QC, horrible support. Spend the money on TrekPak and don’t deal with the headaches.

    The Ruggard Adjustable Hard Divider Insert for Pelican 1535 Hard Case (B&H# RUHDS1535AHS) would be an ideal interior for the Pelican 1535TRVL Wheeled Carry-On Air Case with Lid Organizer and Packing Cubes (Charcoal) (B&H# PE1535ATCGRY), and indeed for all currently available versions of the Pelican 1535Air.
